After 3 days, myself and two of my friends finally got the motor to work. This was not the sellers fault, it came from the factory with a hot wire unplugged. But with Minn Kota's sorry manual and on line help, we had no way to know what to look for. Try working on a motor that will not move and it's over the board you need to get to. No more Minn Kota's for me. As said, seller great, Minn Kota Ulterra sucks. Please read up on this model before buying.
