    To whom it may concern, I am the buyer. While we were excited to receive the item (an actuator) before the scheduled May 1st, the actuator is NOT functional. To understand why, we opened the actuator covers and found (1) rusty motor and (2) bearings exposed on the worm gear. We are quite sure the vendor did not inspect before sending the actuator to us.
