The item does not work on the type of handle. Not particularly a fault with the item, more that it is not suitable. However, to return it, has become a bit of a bargaining to and fro. Very strange way to run a business and I'm wondering if it is in the UK. I was offered to keep it and receive £2 refund, then it went up to £3. I offered to return it and receive a £5 refund which I thought was reasonable. Still waiting.
