Listing said brochures were NEW. No defects were mentioned. Only 1 picture of brochures was posted/looked good to me except for 1 brochure w/wrinkles. Brochures arrived in some beat up, old used mailer. 1 brochure has WRITING ON IT. 3 brochures have wrinkles, paper splits, print damaged, etc. 1 brochure has been opened/used so many times the paper itself is "soft". Definitely NOT new. Wanted to return for refund. Seller said it was all MY fault as she doesn't take returns. ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED.
