He wrapped the item inside the envelope in good condition without any damage or tears with it. and royal mail delivered it finally to my home address, he rang on my doorbell and introduced himself to me saying Postman has a delivery for Mr marc chen, I said yes and opened door, then took envelopes of delivered items and said thank you, he said goodbye.
