1.18 By entering into the order process you are agreeing for Fields of Glory Models to contact you with regards to your order by any means available.
Order notification
1.19 If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for the sale of the goods shall be formed and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions. If you have not supplied us with an e-mail address or we are unable to contact you, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions. We ask that you store a copy of the confirmation page as it may contain details referred to later in the order process.
Stock Availability
1.20 Whilst we endeavour to keep our site up to date with the very latest information on new product and current stock, from time to time we may find ourselves unable to complete orders. In this case we will contact you with options on alternative product/colour or a date for when specific items will be back in stock and available for shipment. If no acceptable alternative can be found a refund will be offered.
Description of goods
1.21 Every effort has been made to show all products as accurately as possible in terms of application, colour, size and finish. However limitations in photo production and screen display may result in variations from actual items. We reserve the right to alter the price or details on any product offered through our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Returns
1.22 If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, items can be returned up to 14 days after purchase. Returning any item within this period will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). All returned items must be in their original packaging with labels attached and in a re-sellable condition. On receipt of the returned goods We will give you a full refund of the amount paid minus delivery charges. Alternatively an exchange can be arranged. In the case of exchange an additional delivery charge may be applied -this will be in-line with the normal Fields of Glory Models delivery rates. When returning items we recommend you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not make it back to us.
Any items purchased for Christmas gifts WILL NOT be eligible for refunds in the New Year, however we are happy to offer exchanges only.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Upon assessment of the claim we would arrange to issue a replacement item or ask you return the item providing proof of postage to allow us to refund these costs. A refund on postage will only be processed once we at Fields of Glory Models have confirmed the goods as faulty. If an item is confirmed to be faulty Fields of Glory will provide a replacement item if available. Alternative similar items may be offered. If no replacement product is available a refund will be offered. Replacement items will not be subject to a delivery charge.
Refunds
All credits will be refunded via the original payment method.
Warranty and Liability
1.24 We endeavour to insure that our website is free from content or programs that may harm your computer. Ultimately we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused by accessing our website. Fields of Glory Ltd accept no liability for any damage or expense caused by any items/products supplied or any part of the sales contract. Fields of Glory Ltd total liability for any claim, howsoever arising shall not exceed the price paid for the goods supplied together with any postage costs incurred.

Delivery /Despatch
1.25 We aim for all orders to be dispatched next working day of receiving funds. In some circumstances, such as holiday periods, we encounter a higher than normal demand. At these times we ask that you allow up to seven days for delivery. We advise our customers to be aware of the final posting dates in the run up to Christmas and to order early to avoid disappointment. Due to factors outside our control We cannot be held liable for the late delivery of any orders. Please check products for postage rates and the shopping basket total before confirming your order. Customs Information

Cancellation of orders
1.28 Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged we will refund the full amount to you.
