I realized I was buying a used item but the buyer could have at least sent it cleaned not with dried up junk inside . The top of the blender bottle doesn’t even stay screwed on the bottle so it’s basically useless

Buyer never made me aware of any problems or gave a chance to resolve, only posted negative reviews! Cup was in good working condition when sold & pictures show that it was clean!
