A little disappointed with the shipping cost which was probably due to the "Amazon Size Box" the item was sent in. I think it could of quite easily been put in an envelope & incurred cheaper shipping as I have had more items/quantity shipped for a lower cost & in a quicker time. Other than that, the items were as described.

My question to you is was the package unopened? If it was unopened, how were we to know that the thread was not in good condition?
