TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AVOID SELLER Tracking never showed seller having posted the item. Once the last expected delivery date was well past (with NO communication from seller) I reported non receipt. After seller having my money for 11 days I got a refund (not initiated by seller who still hadn't contacted me). No explanation, no apology. I suspect this is a good ruse to manage cash flow, 'selling' items without sending them & only giving refund when ebay is contacted by buyer.

I gave a full refund once I was aware the item had not been received. Royal mail does not update tracking on standard post. It would be a strange ruse for cash flow if I pay for postage then give a full refund, that would mean I'm working at a loss, I would be constantly spending more then I earn. Sometimes things go missing, I can't change that. Everything I posted that day went missing.
