Pursuant to Articles 11 and 13 of the DSA, eBay Marketplaces GmbH has appointed eBay GmbH as its EU Legal Representative and has designated DSAcompliance@ebay.de (phone: +49 33203 851 034) as the single point of contact for direct communications with the European Commission, Member States' authorities, and the European Board for Digital Services in connection with the application of the DSA. English or German is the preferred language for communication with this point of contact.

Online dispute resolution pursuant to Article 14 (1) of the ODR Regulation

Mediation pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Platform to Business Regulation 2019/1150

Business sellers may request to resolve a dispute arising with eBay through mediation. The dispute may be referred by either party to the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) - opens in new window or tab, where CEDR will nominate a mediator.

Complaints handling information pursuant to Article 11 of the EU Platform to Business Regulation 2019/1150

eBay GmbH has received 17 complaints relating to the eBay services from registered business sellers on ebay.ie from 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021. The main types of complaints relate to account information, restrictions, suspension and payment related issues. The average time to handle and close the complaints was 3.71 days. All of the complaints were resolved.
