    You should make people aware how much the import duty is I was not aware there was any duty as i do not buy things outside of uk usually this is a personal item, i assumed it is only for businesses that import to make money from items that pay it. I could have got it cheaper in the uk if i had been made aware of the charges this is why it is a negative review as its a negative experience for me.

    Sorry, the legislator sees things a little differently: "Every customer who buys abroad must inform themselves about the import conditions" I didn't do anything wrong, I delivered perfect goods on time. Therefore the neutral rating is not ok either.
